Adult and Child: A class for ages 18 months to 3 years and an adult to help

Beginning Preschool- (30 minutes) for those children 3 & 4 that have not taken gymnastics before. The half hour class is an introduction to gymnastics and being in a class environment.

Intermediate Preschool: (45 minutes) for children ages 4 and 5 that are ready for a challenge. Some gymnasts in this class are new to gymnastics but are ready to attend class for 45 minutes. Others have taken beg. Preschool and have met the skill requirements for Int. Preschool.

Advanced Preschool: (1 hour) for the gymnasts that have met the skill requirements in Beg and Int. Preschool.

Shooting Stars: (1 hour and 15 minutes twice a week) these gymnasts are in training. They are mastering skills needed to take them to the next level (our competitive team).

Beginning Gymnastics- (1 Hour) for those students new to gymnastics ages 6 and up

Intermediate Gymnastics: (1 Hour) for those students ages 6 and up that have met the skill requirements for Beg. Gymnastics

Advance Gymnastics: (1 hour and 15 minutes) for those students ages 6 and up that have met the skill requirements for Int. Gymnastics.

JR. High/High School: (2 Hours) for gymnasts ages 7 grade and up that are working on skills for the competitive middle school and high school programs. The gymnasts work on all 4 events. They may attend 1 time a week or twice a week

The following classes work on Floor skills only: (All classes are 1 hour)

Ages 6 and up

Beginning Tumbling: Beginning floor skills up to Back Walkovers

Advanced Tumbling: These gymnasts work on Round offs and Back Handsprings

Ultimate Flippers: For gymnasts that can do Round off, 2 Back Handsprings connected and above.

Team Program: The team program at LAGC consists of competitors from Levels 3-9. Currently we have 53 gymnasts on our competitive team. All LAGC Team members compete thru the USA Gymnastics National Program.
